An affiliate of The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch), a commercial real estate and investment firm, is excited to announce 2025 promotions for key team members, recognizing their outstanding contributions and dedication to the Bulfinch organization.

Bulfinch is proud to recognize Kate Shoss, Ron Berry, Phil Wilkes, Tori Donovan, Cass Bartman, and Michael Speciale for their above-and-beyond contributions to Bulfinch in 2024. Kate Shoss has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer. Ron Berry has been promoted to Vice President of the Family Office, while Phil Wilkes has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Controller. Chris Butler steps into the role of Senior Associate, Operations Assistant Controller. Tori Donovan has been promoted to Senior Associate, Assistant Property Manager. Cass Bartman moves into the role of Senior Associate, Assistant Controller, and Michael Speciale has been promoted to Associate, Investments.
