Strategically located in the clover leaf on Route 128/I-95, Bulfinch’s vision was to redevelop the under-utilized but exceptionally unique asset in a “hot” market with superior highway visibility and access into a state-of-the-art Class A office building.

Deliver

Bulfinch successfully obtained permits where others had failed in the face of strong opposition which allowed us to construct and develop the project on-time and on-budget. Consistent with Bulfinch’s commitment to sustainability, as well as the brand of the newly constructed building, the building received LEED Platinum Certification for interiors and LEED Gold Certification for the base building. Four months into construction, the asset was 100% leased by Autodesk. Bulfinch was recognized by NAIOP as the 2007 “Developer of the Year” for the successful redevelopment of 1560 Trapelo Road. 

Bulfinch sold the property in January 2020.
