Katherine F. Shoss

As Bulfinch’s Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer, Kate is responsible for marketing and brand strategy, investor relations and investor communication and supports overall business development and strategic planning. She plays a key role in developing strategies to promote the company and its services – investments, development, leasing, and property management – to all stakeholders, and in managing brand reputation to drive disciplined portfolio expansion. With over 20 years of experience, Kate consistently demonstrates leadership to align, engage and deliver on Bulfinch goals through effective marketing and communication initiatives – both internally and externally.
